Cancellation Policy

At Soul Symbiosis, reaching out for support should never come with pressure, stress, or unexpected fees. This complimentary conversation is an open, gentle space to discuss what you or your loved one are experiencing and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. Scheduling & Format No Cost & No Obligation: This initial consultation is 100% free. There is no requirement or expectation to purchase a service afterward. Duration: Consultations are scheduled for up to 30 minutes. Format: Conversations can take place over the phone, virtually via Zoom, or in person within the Tucson area. Confirmation: Once you select a time, your appointment request will be reviewed and confirmed to ensure alignment and travel feasibility for in-person meetings. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life Happens: If your schedule changes, a medical situation arises, or you simply need to reschedule for any reason, please let me know whenever possible. No Cancellation Fees: There are never any fees or financial penalties for canceling, rescheduling, or missing a free consultation. Advance Notice Appreciated: Whenever possible, a quick text or email letting me know you need to reschedule allows that time to be offered to another family in need. Privacy & Scope Confidentiality: Everything shared during our conversation is held in compassionate confidence. Non-Medical / Non-Clinical: This conversation is meant to explore death-doula support and logistics. It does not constitute medical advice, psychological therapy, legal counsel, or crisis intervention.
