Grief does not begin at the moment of loss — it often starts long before, in the quiet ache of watching someone you love slowly slip away. Whether you are anticipating a loss, standing in the rawness of fresh grief, or carrying a sorrow that has been with you for years, this space is for you. Grief & Bereavement Support offers compassionate, non-judgmental companionship as you move through one of life's most disorienting experiences. This is not therapy, and it is not a program designed to move you through stages on a timeline. Grief is not linear, and healing does not look the same for everyone. My role is simply to be present with you — to witness your grief, hold space for whatever arises, and walk alongside you at your own pace. We may talk. We may sit in silence. We may explore what feels meaningful or comforting to you. I will never push you toward a particular belief, practice, or way of grieving. I will meet you exactly where you are.
