Recognizing Your Intuition: A Quiet Voice with a Loud Truth

Have you ever had a feeling in your gut that something just wasn’t right? Or a quiet nudge to take a different path, speak up, or slow down? That soft, persistent whisper you feel deep inside—that’s your intuition.

It doesn’t shout. It doesn’t demand. It simply knows.

But for many of us, especially in the midst of spiritual awakening or personal transformation, recognizing our intuition can feel confusing. We’ve spent so long listening to the noise around us—what we should do, how we should live, who we should be—that our inner voice gets drowned out.

So how do you recognize your intuition when you’re not sure which voice is yours?

Here are a few gentle ways to begin:

1. Pay Attention to Your Body

Intuition often shows up as a sensation. A flutter in the chest, a knot in the stomach, a sudden calm, or a tightness that says no thank you. Your body speaks in energy long before your mind catches up. Start tuning in.

2. Notice the Repetition

Do you keep hearing the same message over and over? A book that keeps popping up. A phrase someone repeats without knowing. A dream, a symbol, a song that won’t leave you alone. Intuition loves repetition—it’s the Universe tapping on your shoulder.

3. Practice Stillness

The quieter you become, the louder your intuition gets. Even five minutes a day to sit, breathe, and listen without distraction can help you build that connection. You don’t have to “do” anything—just be.

4. Follow the Feeling

If something brings you peace, lightness, curiosity, or joy—that’s a yes. If something brings dread, heaviness, or confusion—that’s likely a no. Your intuition often speaks in energy, not words.

5. Trust Yourself, Even When It Feels Scary

The world will try to convince you that logic is king. That everything must be explained, proven, calculated. But your intuition doesn’t always make sense to others—and that’s okay. It only needs to make sense to you.

Your intuition is not separate from you. It’s the deepest part of you—the part that’s always known, always waited, always loved you. You’re not lost. You’re remembering.

And if you're in the middle of a transformation—if you're questioning reality, your path, your truth—know that you’re not alone. I’ve walked that road too. And I’m here, not to give you answers, but to help you hear your own.

You already know. You always have. Trust your knowing.
